1. The Service

Scribo AI provides an AI agent that responds to missed calls via SMS and WhatsApp, triages leads, and helps book appointments for your HVAC business.

2. Your Responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful basis (e.g., legitimate interest or consent) to contact your customers via SMS/WhatsApp.
• You must not use the service for illegal or abusive purposes.
• You grant us permission to access your calendar (read/write) solely to book appointments on your behalf.

3. Subscription and Billing

• Plans are billed monthly.
• You can cancel anytime. No refunds for partial months.
• We may update pricing with 30 days' notice.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your business data. We own the underlying AI technology and Glaivio framework. You are granted a limited licence to use the service during your subscription.

5. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for any lost revenue, missed jobs, or damages arising from use of the service (to the maximum extent permitted by law).

6. Termination

Either party may terminate the service with 30 days' notice. We may suspend access for breach of these terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
